Therapy Options

Individual Therapy

Our Individualized Holistic Healing Plans go beyond treating your specific addictions. We incorporate a three-pronged approach that treats your physical, mental and spiritual health. Your plan will treat you as a unique individual, considering your background, needs, sense of self and more.

Nighttime Intensive Outpatient Therapy

With nighttime non-residential therapy, you can schedule your sessions between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays. This allows you to attend treatment after work hours if you have a full-time job, and go home once your session is finished. 

Daytime Intensive Outpatient Therapy

Our daytime non-residential therapy allows you to receive structured treatment between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. After your treatment session, you’ll be able to return home or continue your workday. 

Virtual IOP Therapy

We understand that commuting to and from therapy isn’t always possible. That’s why we offer a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), where you can receive treatment virtually.

Whether it’s through a phone call or video chat, we’ll find you an option that works best for you. When doing Virtual IOP, you may be required to come in person on occasion.

Nutrition & Wellness

When you’ve developed a chemical dependency, your brain chemistry becomes altered. It often becomes depleted of essential amino acids and proteins during addiction.


At Untethered Recovery, our team will incorporate nutritional guidance to improve your physical health and promote better brain function. This can include:

  • A robust amino acids and supplements regimen

  • Learning about how to implement a nutritious, balanced diet

  • Physical movement and exercise

Additional Program Services

Case Management

Recovery is only one part of living a fulfilling sober life. Our case managers will help you with real-world tasks that focus on your specific needs and goals. This can include: 


  • Scheduling doctor and psychiatric appointments

  • Receiving appropriate medications

  • Applying for short-term disability benefits

  • Learning how to build a resume

  • Filing for unemployment

  • Filing your tax returns

Family and Community Engagement

When someone is going through addiction and substance abuse, friends and family members are often affected as well. We try to involve your family and community in your recovery process so you’re fully supported. This may involve providing resources and guidance, and facilitating talking sessions.
