Yes. To support your successful recovery, you’ll be required to be and stay sober throughout your treatment.
Your financial situation will not disqualify you from our treatment programs. We welcome everyone and don’t turn anyone away.
We offer a sliding-scale fee, so the amount you’re charged will be based on what you can afford. If you have insurance, you can call your provider to determine whether your insurance policy will cover any or all of the cost of treatment.
Everyone is unique, which is why we explore a wide range of evidence-based modalities that support your specific recovery journey, such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Motivational Interviewing
Narrative Therapy
Existential Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Transpersonal Therapy
Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy
Solution Focused Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
Psychoanalysis
Attachment Theory
Our clinical therapists will identify and incorporate any necessary therapies and interventions into your treatment.
Those who build a spiritual connection and have a spiritual practice have an 86% greater chance of recovery. At Untethered Recovery, our spiritually-focused practices center on helping you transcend your addiction and mental health disorders so you can live a meaningful life.
We aren’t here to convert you to any religion, domination or practice, but to help you find a practice and belief system that resonates with you. Whether you’re Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, agnostic or don’t yet have a belief system, our goal is to help you develop your own spirituality.
From prayer to reiki sessions to shamanistic practices, our tangible spiritual therapies help you achieve a “big picture” perspective and connect to a loving consciousness. You’ll become more able to identify and see beyond triggers and steer away from the impulsive reactions and harmful patterns that previously dominated your life.
Most importantly, you’ll learn how to recognize and embrace your inner power. This will help you take intentional, self-aware actions that align with your healing and how you wish to show up in the world.
We currently have certified therapists in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help treat trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
This cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on reducing the power of traumatic memories by helping your brain reprocess them. You’ll pick a memory that causes you distress and triggers PTSD symptoms.
A therapist will then guide you to focus on your thoughts and feelings from these memories while having you move your eyes back and forth. This helps these emotions arise so you can process them and lower feelings of intensity over time.
Unfortunately, there’s no cure for anxiety and depression. However, there are ways to successfully manage these disorders so you can live a more empowered life.
We’ll give you the tools, methods and knowledge you need to navigate these disorders so they no longer have so much power over you.
